Eligibility Criteria :

A candidate who can speak good English, Gujarati, Marathi or Hindi will get preference in the selection process. • Applicants for the post of Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations should be below 27 years before 1^st March, 2013. Applicants for the post of Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations should not be above 35 years on 1^st of March, 2013. Candidates below 45 years on 1^st March, 2013 are eligible to apply for the post of Branch Managers-Marketing & Operations.
• An applicant for the post of Junior Officer-Marketing & Operations should have a first class degree in either B.Com or B.Sc and that also from not an unrecognized University.
• A candidate for the post of Deputy Manager-Marketing & Operations too should be a graduate with either B.Com or B.Sc from a University that is recognized.
