4. 8th Battalion Shimoga: 120 posts
5. 10th Battalion Shiggaon: 150 posts
6. 11th Battalion Hassan: 376 posts
Eligibility for Police Constable post :
Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 18 years to 25 years as on 30.03.2014. Relaxation to age limit for reserved candidates is applicable as per govt norms.
Educational Qualifications : Candidates should have passed SSLC- CBSE, SSLC-ICSE, SSLC-SSC, SSLC- STATE BOARD, SSLC- Equivalent.
Application Fee : 
1. General ,2A,2B,3A,3B Candidates need to pay Rs. 250/-.
2. SC/ST/CAT-01 & Tribal Candidates need to pay Rs. 100/-.

Eligibility Criteria : 
Age Limit : 
1. For General Candidates : Min. age is 19 years and Max age is 25 years.
2. For SC/ST Candidates : Min age is 19 years and max age is 27 years.
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess PUC, 12th Class pass out, JOC, JLC or its equivalent.
Selection Process : Candidates will be selected on the basis of Marks obtained in written Examination, Physical Test and Medical Test.
Salary : Rs. 5800 to Rs. 10,500/-.
