Selection process:The selection for Post Codes-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 is on the basis of Score obtained in IBPS-CWE-SPLST-2011-12 + Group Discussion + Interview.

The GD and Interview will be held at identified centres.
Depending upon the number of vacancies category wise, Bank reserves the right to shortlist requisite number of candidates based on the Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS) obtained in the Common Written Examination (CWE) for Specialist Officers conducted by IBPS, as decided by the Bank and only those shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and/or Interview.
The centre & address of the venue, time & date for Group Discussion and/or Interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates in the call letter and candidates have to attend for the same at their own cost.
The total marks allotted for Group Discussion and for Interview are 100 each. Candidates have to secure minimum marks as decided by the Bank at each level of selection process and only those candidates will be considered for preparation of final rank lists. The final rank lists shall be prepared on the basis of TWS scores obtained by the candidates in IBPS-CWE-SPLST-2011-12 + Group Discussion + Interview, with the following weightage;

Selection process:
1. Depending on the number of vacancies, candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for positions in MMG/S II shall be called for written test wherever Bank may deem necessary.However, for the purpose of interview, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for GD and/personal interview in the ratio of 1:4 for General category and 1:5 for SC/ST/OBC candidates. In other words, 4 candidates against one vacancy in General Category and 5candidates against one vacancy in respect of SC/ST/OBC category stipulated would be called for personal interview. Candidates possessing more than prescribed work experience in the relevant discipline shall get preference.
2. GD/ personal interview shall be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem solving inattentiveness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc. The minimum qualifying marks would be 40%for General Category and 35% for Reserved Category. Candidates not clearing the personal interview will not be considered for final selection.
3. The candidates belonging to SC/ST may be given relaxation in experience, as per extant Government guidelines.
4. Subject to the vacancies available under the respective category, only those candidates who pass the online written test/ personal interview will be shortlisted for further selection.

  • Primary Teachers – candidates of these post should have qualification of Senior Secondary (Class 12)with 50% marks along with ETT/JBT or equivalent
  • Coaches - preference to candidates of NIS/SAi coaches will be given. However, Trained and experienced specialists can apply to post of Sports coaches including Tennis, Basketball, volley ball, kho-kho .
  • Counsellor – to apply on the post of counselor candidate need to have PG diploma in Post in Guidance and counseling or MA in Psychology.
  • Art & Craft Teacher- Candidates should have degree or diploma in art, drawing painting etc.
  • Music Teacher – Minimum qualification should be Sangeet Bhaskar, Nritya Bhushan, Sangeet Bhushan or Visharad.
  • German Teachers – B 2 level of education or Bachelor degree/diploma in German.
  • Doctors – Candidates need to have MBBS. Appointed Doctors will be paid Rs. 1000/- per day for 2 hrs sitting.
  • Nurse – A diploma from government recognize institute/college. Nurses will be paid
Also it is necessary that candidates can teach in English as well as in Hindi. Appointed candidates will be paid per month according to K.V.S. Rules.
