Staff Selection Commission has recently issued a notification for recruiting the eligible candidates on the post of Constable (GD) in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, NIA & SSF and Rifleman (GD) post in Assam Rifles Examination, 2015. SSC has 62390 vacancies for the same post . Interested Candidates may apply by filling Part-I & Part II Online registration form on or before 21st February, 2015 . More details are given below.

Eligibility Criteria :
Age limit : Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years but not crossed the age of 23 years as on 01.08.2015. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.1997.
Educational Qualification : Candidates who have passed Matriculation or class 10th from a recognized Board/University.
Selection Process : The Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Physical Standards Test, Physical Efficiency Test , written and Medical Examination.
The Commission will conduct written Examination of candidates 
qualified in PST/PET in both Online and Off-line mode. The written Examination will consist of one Objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks.
Subjects of Examination :
1. Part A : General Intelligence and Reasoning
2. Part B : General Knowledge and General Awareness
3. Part C : Elementary Mathematics
4. Part D : English/Hindi
All questions will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type. Questions will be set bilingually in Hindi and English.
Application Fee : 
1. Candidates should have to pay the fee of Rs. 50 through Online mode.
2. Women, SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of Application fee.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to fill Online Applications through the website www.ssconline.nic.in . The Candidates submitting their applications on-line should pay the requisite fee only through State bank of India either in the form of challan or online payment through SBI challan/Net Banking/Credit and Debit cards.

Date for submission of Part-I Online Registration : 24th January to 21st February, 2015
Last date for Part-II Online Registration : 23rd February, 2015
Last Date for Submission of Application for Remote Areas: 02-03-2015 by 5.00 PM.
Date of Downloading the Call Letters: From 15-04-2015 to 15-05-2015.
Date of Examination: 04-10-2015.
