Qualification criteria
A Draughtsman Civil Instructor should be a Civil Engineer Diploma holder from a government recognized educational institution or university. A person can also be a possessor of National Trade Certificate etc. Mechanical Engineering is required for an applicant of Draughtsman Mechanical Instructor. Welder Instructor applicant should have a diploma from recognized university in Electrical Engineering etc. A drawing master should come with a five year diploma. He should have a M.A. degree in fine arts.
Age critria
An applicant should not be below eighteen years and above thirty eight years. Five year relaxation is there for SC/ST and backward classes. There is a relaxation of ten years for candidates who are handicapped. Different norms are to be followed by an ex-serviceman.
